Rhever Premium Usenet File Sharing "The Next Generation in File Sharing"

Rhever, is a new Usenet filesharing system that is supposedly better than all other filesharing networks (or so they claim). It uses Usenet to allow users to download files from the internet at "up to 25 megabits/second". It describes itself as "a simplified Usenet application designed to make downloading files from Usenet servers around the world a snap. The primary goal of Rhever is to service average computer users unfamiliar with what it takes to successfully browse through and download files from a Usenet server. " I am assuming that they are suggesting that it is simpler than downloading torrents and has a very easy interface. In their several Youtube videos, they suggest that it is not possible to download adware or viruses through their service, though they offer no explanation on how they achieve this, or how it is possible at all, so I'm guessing they kind of made up that part.

On looking for information on it through Google I found out that it is a relatively new product, and most of the information is just hype. But I also noticed that the amount of results it gets is vastly increasing so I guess that it might be pretty popular if it keeps growing at that rate.

On a different note, I find it's name really strange because it is spelled almost identically as Revver, another internet product that lets you get revenue from uploading videos. If I had not seen a few promotional videos I would have assumed that they were pronounced the same, but Rhever is pronounced Reever, while Revver is pronounced like it is spelt. However the similarity is uncanny and there could be problems.

In conclusion I would suggest that you check out their website and see if anything becomes of it. In the mean time just watch these Youtube videos they uploaded reminiscent of Mac vs PC ads.
